Step 1. Dial *325# and send
Step 2. You will receive service notification of facebook by fonetwish
Step 3. Fill Your facebook Id or phone number as instructed and send it
Step 4. A notification will be prompted for your password.
Step 5. Enter your password and you will be taken to your facebook account

Now you can use your facebook account without internet and yes it is that much easy and simple.
But Rs 30 /- per month subscription may be asked from some telecom companies.

So this was all about using facebook without any internet connection
